Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting a small business! Every item is handmade with time & care. Because of the nature of custom work, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🚫 All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom decals, stickers, and apparel, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damage or Wrong Item? We’ll Make It Right

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kronkites13@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

📦 Non-Custom Items

If you ordered a non-custom item (such as pre-designed merch), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To request a return, email kronkites13@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order once your return is approved.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
